What our parents say

Steve Donelan, September 2017

Wonderful staff, all very friendly and happy to help, such a welcoming and fun atmosphere for the children.

Terese, January 2017

I just wanted to say a little thank you to you all for giving a little extra time to Edith to help her settle in.  You have taken a huge weight off my mind.  I feel much better about leaving her when I go back to work next week.  You truly are Angels!

Matt Davies, December 2016

Our son LOVES going to nursery and all the lovely staff who look after him. Great all round.

Lisa Baker, June 2016

It is with sadness  and regret that Charlie will be leaving your wonderful nursery. On behalf of my family I would like to say ‘thank you’ to everyone for all the time and effort they have given to Charlie’s development and helping him through his first stage of his school journey.

Ruth Mann, June 2014

My son was a Royston Day Nursery for nearly two years from the age of 7 months. He was very happy and settled there from the first day to the last. The staff were marvellous and supported him through each new stage of development – learning to walk, feed himself, use a cup, count, learn letters, everything. They also supported me as a full time working mum, so I felt confident to leave him in their care knowing he would be safe, looked after and having fun. Moving to a new nursery now is daunting, I only hope they will be as attentive, encouraging and tender as everyone at Royston. My little boy and I will miss you all very much.”

Cooper would like to say “happy birthday to Melissa” (sung, again) and a big hello to all the boys and girls and all the babies (his words). He had his first settling in session yesterday and another today – it seemed to go well but when asked if he wanted to go back he said “no, I want to go to Melissa’s nursery”. I’ve warned the new nursery that singing songs may be met with protests that “no, that’s Melissa’s song”!
